    Custom Bathroom Vanity Manufacturer & Factory in China

    2025-12-23

    share:

    LAMOO manufactures custom bathroom vanities for distributors, private-label brands, hotel projects, apartment developments, contractors and OEM/ODM buyers. Buyers usually come to us with a reference image, a drawing or an existing product they want produced again — we review it from a manufacturing point of view, then build the specification around what the project actually needs.

    Request a custom vanity quotation. Send a reference image, an existing product link or a drawing, together with target width, depth and height, estimated quantity and destination country. Add your preferred basin layout, finish and mirror option if these are already decided. A reference image and target dimensions are enough to begin the feasibility review.

    Send your reference design for review

    Prefer to start with an existing model? Compare the W-R03-1200 wall-hung vanity with an integrated single basin and two drawers or the W-U05-1000 floor-standing vanity with a ceramic undermount basin and three drawers. Tell us which size, finish, basin or mirror options you want to change; each change is reviewed against the cabinet structure and selected components before the specification is confirmed.

    Mirror and mirror cabinet options

    Wall-hung bathroom vanity with fluted front and oval LED mirror
    • Round LED mirror — typically Ø600–Ø1200 mm
    • Rectangular LED mirror — project sizes, subject to structure, packing and transport
    • Aluminium-frame LED mirror — long formats available
    • Shaped or frosted LED mirror — shaped single-piece mirrors in larger formats
    • Mirror cabinet — with internal storage, in lengths matching the cabinet run

    Ultra-clear copper-free mirror glass, LED lighting, dual-colour light, anti-fog and touch or sensor control are available on selected models. Final mirror dimensions depend on the wall width, the electrical position and how the unit will be packed.

    Which type of supplier fits your project

    Not every supplier can take a project order. Before comparing prices, it helps to know which category you are talking to:

    Supplier typeWhat they usually offerConsideration
    Retail brandFixed collections with limited optionsUsually unsuitable for structural customisation
    Trading companyAccess to several factoriesProduction control depends on the factory partner
    Standard manufacturerExisting models with limited size or finish changesCabinet structure and component options are fixed
    Semi-custom manufacturerModifications based on an existing platformSuitable for controlled changes, not new development
    Custom manufacturerProduct development and project-based productionRequires technical review and a clear project brief

    The question that matters is whether the manufacturer can develop the product, reproduce it, and still support it after the first order.

    What to check before you commit

    • Customisation limits — which parts can genuinely change, and which are fixed by the mould or the platform
    • Engineering support — can they issue shop drawings and confirm the basin, drainage and wall-fixing positions?
    • Component coordination — cabinet, countertop, basin and mirror specified as one set rather than sourced separately
    • Repeat production — will the second and third batch match the approved sample?
    • Export handling — packing, labelling and documentation for your market

    How a custom project runs

    1. Reference review — image, drawing, dimensions, quantity and target market
    2. Feasibility — structure, materials, basin, mirror and drainage route
    3. Specification — size, finish, countertop, basin, mirror, storage and branding fixed in one document
    4. Technical drawing — dimensions, basin position, drawer layout, drainage and installation points
    5. Sample approval — dimensions, finish, colour, hardware and fit confirmed before production
    6. Production — the approved sample becomes the benchmark for the whole run

    What we handle and what stays with your team

    LAMOO: feasibility review, technical drawings, manufacturing, sample development, finish and configuration review, cabinet–basin–countertop–mirror coordination, OEM and private-label development, export packaging and labelling.

    Your local team: final site measurements, wall structure and fixing, drainage and plumbing connections, local electrical regulations, installation height, and the installation itself. Keeping these with your team is what allows the factory to concentrate on the product.

    How a project moves from a client image to a drawing and then into production is set out step by step in How LAMOO custom bathroom vanity projects move from reference image to production. If you are still deciding how much customisation the project actually needs, semi-custom vs fully custom bathroom vanities compares the two routes by cost, lead time and risk. Before any bulk order is placed, the points buyers normally check on a sample are listed in our bathroom vanity sample checklist, and finished reference installations for hotels, apartments and distributor programmes are collected in project cases.

    How a custom bathroom vanity project runs: from reference image to production

    This guide is for:

    • Distributors developing private-label vanity ranges
    • Hotel and apartment buyers sourcing repeated room types
    • OEM/ODM partners adapting reference designs for production

    Phase 1: Confirm

    Step 1 — Send the Reference and Basic Requirements

    The buyer sends the available project information:

    • reference image, product link, sketch or CAD drawing;
    • target cabinet width, height and depth;
    • estimated quantity;
    • destination market;
    • project type;
    • preferred colour or finish;
    • basin and mirror requirements.

    A complete technical file is not required at this stage. Clear dimensions, quantity and intended use are usually enough for the first feasibility review.

    Step 2 — Review Feasibility and Custom Scope

    LAMOO reviews which elements can remain close to the reference and which need adjustment for production.

    The review may cover:

    • cabinet dimensions;
    • wall-hung or floor-standing structure;
    • cabinet material and finish;
    • countertop material;
    • basin type and position;
    • standard mirror, LED mirror or mirror cabinet;
    • drawer and internal storage arrangement;
    • customer logo and private label;
    • custom packaging.

    This step also determines whether the project is a semi-custom adaptation of an existing platform or a fully customised development.

    Buyers can compare the two approaches in LAMOO’s article on semi-custom and fully custom bathroom vanities.

    Phase 2: Develop

    Step 3 — Confirm Materials and Product Configuration

    Once the overall direction is approved, the buyer confirms the main materials, colours and components.

    LAMOO also identifies practical limitations before technical drawings and samples are prepared.

    • Cabinet width, height and depth can be adjusted, but the final dimensions depend on the cabinet structure and selected components.
    • Certain moulded integrated basin models are available only in fixed sizes and shapes.
    • Large mirrors require additional production, packing and transport review.
    • Custom colour matching outside the standard colour range may involve an additional development charge.
    • Wall-hung cabinets must allow suitable space for fixing, drainage and drawer movement.

    Confirming these points early helps avoid redesign after the quotation or sample stage.

    Step 4 — Prepare and Approve Technical Drawings

    LAMOO prepares or reviews technical drawings based on the confirmed configuration.

    The drawings may include:

    • overall cabinet dimensions;
    • drawer and door arrangement;
    • basin position;
    • countertop opening;
    • drainage clearance;
    • internal plumbing cover;
    • mirror dimensions;
    • wall-hung fixing points;
    • installation height;
    • logo position;
    • packaging details.

    The reference image controls the visual direction.

    The approved technical drawing controls production.

    Buyers should check the drawings carefully because changes made after technical approval may affect the quotation, sample schedule and production lead time.

    Where Custom Projects Usually Slow Down

    Custom bathroom vanity projects usually slow down before production rather than during manufacturing.

    Delay PointWhy It HappensPrevention
    Dimensions not fully confirmedA reference image does not show the actual depth, installation height, wall condition or drainage position.Confirm all dimensions before drawing approval.
    Basin changed after drawing approvalA new basin may affect the countertop opening, drawer layout, plumbing cover and drainage clearance.Lock the basin selection before Step 4.
    Colour approval delayedCustom colours need a physical sample, colour card or recognised reference.Send the colour reference with the initial inquiry.
    Mirror confirmed too lateLarge LED mirrors affect wall dimensions, electrical positions, packaging and shipping.Include the mirror requirement in Step 1.
    Packaging requirements arrive after samplingPrivate-label cartons, manuals and room labels need design and approval time.Discuss packaging before bulk production.

    Confirming these five points before sample approval helps protect the production schedule.

    Phase 3: Produce

    Step 5 — Develop and Approve the Sample

    Custom samples are available after the technical details are confirmed.

    The usual sample lead time is approximately two to three weeks.

    The sample review should confirm:

    • overall dimensions;
    • cabinet colour and finish;
    • basin and countertop fit;
    • drawer and door operation;
    • hardware;
    • internal storage;
    • mirror or mirror cabinet;
    • LED functions;
    • logo;
    • packaging.

    For qualified project inquiries, LAMOO may provide one sample set without charging for the product itself, while the buyer covers the freight. The final sample policy depends on the model, project potential and level of customisation.

    Any required revisions should be completed before mass production is approved.

    Step 6 — Confirm, Produce, Inspect and Ship

    After the sample, drawings, materials and commercial terms are approved, the project moves into mass production.

    The typical production lead time is approximately 40–45 days after the deposit is received and all technical details are confirmed.

    Inspection may cover:

    • dimensions;
    • finish and colour consistency;
    • edge and surface quality;
    • basin and countertop fit;
    • drawer and door operation;
    • mirror and LED functions;
    • logo and label position;
    • packing requirements.

    Orders are then packed and prepared for shipment from Shanghai or Ningbo.

    Reference Photo, Dimension Sketch, CAD Drawing or Sample?

    Buyers rarely start from a complete technical file. What matters is knowing what the information you already have can confirm, and what still has to be added before a quotation, a drawing or a sample can be prepared.

    Starting pointWhat it confirmsWhat still needs confirmation
    Reference photoStyle, cabinet lines, finish direction, basin type and mirror shapeActual width, depth and height; internal structure; installation method
    Dimension sketchTarget width, depth and height; basin position; mirror sizeStructure, materials, hardware and packing
    CAD drawingStructure, mounting points, drainage and drawer clearanceFinish, basin, mirror and packing details
    Existing physical sampleReal structure, finish, hardware, basin fit and assembly detailsSample cost and review time

    A photo sets the design direction. A dimension sketch or a CAD drawing is what turns that direction into something the factory can build, price and pack. If you only have a photo, LAMOO can still start the feasibility review from it, but the dimensions will have to be confirmed before technical drawings are issued. Buyer drawings and reference designs are used for production review only, and confidentiality terms such as an NDA can be agreed before files are exchanged.

    Design Requests That Usually Need Adjustment

    Some requests look simple on a photo but create production, installation or packing problems. These are the ones LAMOO reviewers normally settle before a sample is built:

    • A very shallow cabinet combined with a deep basin and a large drawer, where the drawer and the trap compete for the same space.
    • A wide cabinet design without additional internal support, where both the top and the carcass have to carry a long span.
    • A mirror size that creates high packing and transport risk.
    • A design taken from a photo without dimensions or structure information.
    • A finish that cannot be held consistently across a batch.
    • A small trial quantity combined with many structural changes, where each change has to be proved out separately.

    None of these points means that the project cannot be customised. They are simply cheaper to settle on paper than after a sample has been built.

    When a Second Sample Is Worth It

    A fresh sample is normally recommended when the project changes the cabinet size or structure (wall-hung or floor-standing), the basin type, position or countertop opening, the drawer layout or plumbing cover, the finish, the mirror specification, or the packing and labelling. Appearance notes and label changes can usually be confirmed through photographs and marked drawings instead. The full review sequence is described in LAMOO's guide to checking a bathroom vanity sample before bulk orders.

    Before You Send Your Reference

    A useful custom vanity inquiry should include more than a product photo.

    Project Inquiry Checklist

    • Reference image, link, sketch, drawing or existing sample
    • Target cabinet width, depth and height
    • Estimated quantity or room schedule
    • Project type: hotel, apartment, distributor, contractor or OEM/ODM
    • Destination market and preferred trade term
    • Cabinet structure: wall-hung or floor-standing
    • Preferred finish: painted colour, oak, walnut or approved colour reference
    • Countertop material and thickness direction
    • Basin type, quantity and left, centre or right position
    • Mirror requirement: standard mirror, LED mirror or mirror cabinet
    • Drawer arrangement, U-shaped plumbing cover or organiser
    • Logo, private-label, carton and manual requirements
    • Target sample date and expected delivery period

    The more complete the initial information is, the faster LAMOO can review feasibility, prepare drawings and provide an accurate quotation.

    Start with a Reference Image

    A custom bathroom vanity project does not need to begin with a complete technical specification.

    Send LAMOO your reference image, target dimensions, estimated quantity, destination market and preferred configuration. The project team can review:

    • what can remain close to the original design;
    • what needs structural adjustment;
    • which components can be customised;
    • which limitations should be confirmed;
    • whether the project is semi-custom or fully custom;
    • what information is required before quotation and sampling.

    For special dimensions, private-label collections, reference-design development and OEM/ODM projects, review LAMOO’s custom bathroom vanity manufacturing options.

    Bathroom vanity packages for apartment developers and contractors

    For apartment developers, residential contractors, distributors and importers, bathrooms are not one-off designs. They are repeated dozens or hundreds of times across a building. That is exactly where bathroom vanity packages for apartment projects become powerful: instead of choosing units room by room, you design a small set of packages and roll them out across the whole project.

    LAMOO works with partners who supply bathroom furniture for multi-unit housing and serviced apartments, so we have seen what helps projects run smoothly – and what creates unnecessary headaches. This article shares a practical way to build apartment bathroom vanity packages that make sense for design, installation and long-term maintenance.

    1. Start from the Unit Mix, Not from Single Products

    For residential projects, the most important document is not the catalogue – it is the unit mix:

    • How many studio, 1-bed, 2-bed, 3-bed units?
    • How many bathrooms per unit type? (En-suite, shared, guest WC?)
    • Typical bathroom size ranges in m²?

    A simple example:

    • 40 × studio units – 1 small bathroom each
    • 40 × 1-bed units – 1 standard bathroom each
    • 20 × 2-bed units – 2 bathrooms (master + shared) each

    That already means 120 bathrooms in total. If every one of those bathrooms uses a different vanity, installation and spare parts will be a nightmare.

    Instead, the goal is to define 2–4 repeatable bathroom vanity packages that can cover 80–90% of all units.

    We usually recommend starting from:

    • Unit type (studio, 1-bed, 2-bed, etc.)
    • Bathroom function (main bathroom, secondary bathroom, guest WC)
    • Ceiling budget per bathroom for furniture and mirrors

    From there, you can map the project into a small number of packages using a size system like LAMOO’s Cloud Ripples wall-hung vanity series (W-U01-800, W-U01-1000, W-U01-1200, W-U01-1400) and larger stone-topped sets such as BH03-C-2000 and BK13-3200.

    2. Define a Size System That Can Scale

    Apartment projects benefit from simple, repeatable width steps. One practical pattern is:

    • 800 mm – compact bathroom in studios / guest WCs
    • 1000–1200 mm – main bathroom in 1-bed and smaller 2-bed units
    • 1400 mm – larger main bathrooms or shared family bathrooms
    • 2000+ mm – premium units, penthouses, show units with double basins

    LAMOO’s Cloud Ripples wall-hung vanities can be planned along those widths, for example:

    • W-U01-800 – studios and guest bathrooms
    • W-U01-1000 or W-U01-1200 – standard main bathrooms
    • W-U01-1400 – larger family bathrooms

    For higher-end units, BH03-C-2000 (double-basin Carrara stone vanity) and BK13-3200 (extra-long double-basin set) can be introduced as premium options.

    To anchor this in your system, you might reference:

    • Cloud Ripples wall-hung bathroom vanity units: w-u01-1400
    • Carrara stone bathroom vanity sets: bk13-3200
    • Double-basin wall-hung stone vanity: bh03-c-2000

    The objective is simple: no more than 3–5 widths across the whole project, so procurement and installation remain manageable.

    1400mm wall-hung bathroom vanity used in apartment unit packages

    3. Build Package Tiers Around Real Apartment Needs

    Once you understand the unit mix and have a basic size system, you can turn this into package tiers. Think in terms of:

    • Essential package – for standard units and cost-sensitive projects
    • Comfort package – for mid-range or “plus” units
    • Premium package – for penthouses, higher-end phases, or marketing units

    Here is a simple structure:

    Package tierTypical units coveredVanity choice (example)Mirror choice (example)
    EssentialStudios, compact 1-bed, guest WCsWall-hung vanity W-U01-800 or W-U01-1000Simple rectangular LED bathroom mirror
    ComfortMain bathrooms in 1-bed & 2-bed unitsWall-hung vanity W-U01-1200 or W-U01-1400Larger LED mirror with anti-fog and dimming
    PremiumMaster bathrooms in 3-bed, penthouses, show unitsDouble-basin vanity BH03-C-2000 or BK13-3200Long LED mirror(s) with advanced functions

    In the Essential package, you might specify:

    • Wall-hung vanity with integrated acrylic basin
    • One drawer + open shelf for everyday items
    • Basic LED mirror with a neutral white light

    While in Premium, you move to:

    • Double-basin Carrara stone bathroom vanity
    • More generous storage and higher-end drawer systems
    • LED mirror with anti-fog, memory and dual color temperature

    This allows developers and contractors to adjust budgets and marketing messages per unit type, while still buying from the same apartment bathroom vanity supplier.

    4. Consider Construction and Maintenance: Wall-Hung vs Floor-Standing

    In multi-unit housing, the benefit of wall-hung bathroom vanities is multiplied: the same advantages appear in every unit:

    • Easier floor cleaning, especially with robotic vacuums and mops
    • A more generous feel in compact bathrooms
    • Better integration with floor drains and wet/dry zoning

    However, for some projects – especially conversions and buildings with uncertain wall quality – you may still need floor-standing solutions or pedestal basins.

    LAMOO supports this with options like CA01-A, a compact pedestal basin and mirror cabinet combination suitable for tight guest bathrooms and smaller apartments.

    To reference these directions in your documentation, you might use:

    • Compact wall-hung bathroom vanity units for apartments: w-u01-1400/
    • Pedestal basin and mirror cabinet combinations: ca01-a

    For developers and contractors, planning early whether a building will be predominantly wall-hung or floor-standing helps reduce rework on site and ensures plumbing and wall reinforcement are aligned with the furniture package.

    5. Balance Storage, Look and Cost per Bathroom

    Apartment buyers and tenants pay a lot of attention to how practical the bathroom feels:

    • Is there a place for toiletries and towels?
    • Is the vanity easy to keep clean?
    • Does the mirror give enough light for daily routines?

    At the same time, developers watch cost per bathroom very closely. Good bathroom vanity solutions for contractors and residential developers take both into account.

    A few pragmatic design choices that work well:

    • Use two-drawer wall-hung vanities in main bathrooms of 1-bed and 2-bed units, balancing storage and cost.
    • Keep U-shaped cut-outs tight and tidy around siphons to free up maximum usable drawer space.
    • Introduce open shelves carefully – they look good in marketing pictures, but should not become dust traps.
    • Choose LED bathroom mirrors with enough functionality (anti-fog, comfortable color temperature) without over-specifying features tenants will not use.

    In practice, this often leads to:

    • Essential package: single drawer + simple LED mirror
    • Comfort package: double drawer + feature LED mirror
    • Premium package: double-basin stone top, full-function LED mirror(s)

    Because LAMOO uses a consistent design language across ranges like Cloud Ripples, BH03-C-2000 and BK13-3200, you can mix these elements within one project without visual conflict.

    6. Room-by-Room Packing and Spare Parts Planning

    One of the most overlooked aspects of bathroom vanity packages for apartment developers is how products are packed and delivered.

    For a 100-unit project, the way your apartment bathroom vanity sets arrive on site will directly affect:

    • Storage space on the construction site
    • Time spent sorting and matching components
    • Risk of missing or mixed-up parts

    LAMOO can prepare:

    • Room-by-room packing – each unit’s vanity and mirror packed and labeled per apartment number
    • Type-by-type packing – bulk packing per package type (A/B/C) for larger projects with efficient site management
    • Clear packing lists that link each package to its unit type and floor

    For long-term maintenance, it is also important to plan:

    • A small number of spare vanities and basins for future replacements
    • Extra sets of hardware (hinges, slides, handles) that match the main collections

    Because your entire project might be built around a short list of models – for example W-U01-800, W-U01-1200, W-U01-1400, BH03-C-2000 and BK13-3200 – it becomes realistic to hold a focused stock of spares instead of dozens of random pieces.

    7. Room-Type Package Codes You Can Reuse

    Once the packages are agreed, give each one a short code. The code then travels through the drawings, the price list, the packing labels and the site instructions, so nobody has to decode a model number at the door of an apartment.

    PackageTypical unitWidthCabinet and basinMirrorFinish
    StudioStudio and guest WC600–800 mmWall-hung cabinet, one drawer, integrated acrylic or ceramic basinSimple LED mirror, one colourNeutral white or light grey

    2BR master bathroomMaster bathroom in a 2-bed unit1000–1200 mm, up to 1400 mm in larger roomsWall-hung, two drawers with organiserLED mirror with anti-fog and dimmingOak-look, taupe or dark tone
    Hotel standard roomStandard guest room900–1200 mmWall-hung or short plinth, open shelf or towel railLED mirror with anti-fog, simple controlNeutral, hard-wearing finish
    Suite / premiumSuites, penthouses, show units1200–1600 mm, single or double basinStone top with above-counter basin, or a stone-integrated set such as BH03-C-2000 or BK13-3200Large LED mirror or mirror cabinetCarrara stone with richer veneer or painted front

    These are planning defaults rather than fixed specifications, and the widths are the first thing that can be adjusted. The value of the code is consistency: one code per room type keeps the drawing set, the quotation, the packing list and the site instruction pointing at the same product. If a project later needs an upgraded unit, you add one code instead of rebuilding the range.

    8. Plan Mirrors and Power Points Before You Order

    In multi-unit projects the change that arrives latest is rarely the cabinet. It is the mirror and the electrical point behind it. Five points are worth fixing while the packages are still on paper:

    • Mirror width relative to the vanity: a single-basin mirror usually sits between 80% and 110% of the vanity width, while double-basin sets use one long mirror or two mirrors centred over each bowl.
    • Mirror type per package tier: plain mirror, LED mirror or mirror cabinet.
    • Light functions: single, dual or three-colour light, and whether anti-fog is included and how it is switched.
    • Control: touch switch on the mirror, a wall switch, or both.
    • Cable position: where the supply leaves the wall, so the first-fix box is set before tiling.

    When these five points are part of the package definition, the electrician, the tiler and the factory are working from the same sheet. When they are left until the walls are finished, the mirror is the item that gets compromised.

    Deliveries can also be phased to match the build programme. Cartons can be labelled with the package code, block, floor and room number, or packed type-by-type for larger sites with central storage. Either way, less time is spent sorting cartons on site and fewer components end up in the wrong apartment.

    9. Putting It All Together with LAMOO

    To turn this into a concrete plan with a bathroom vanity supplier for multi-unit housing, you can follow a simple process:

    1. Share your unit mix and bathroom sizes
      • How many studios, 1-bed, 2-bed, 3-bed units?
      • Typical bathroom dimensions and any special layouts.
    2. Define 2–4 package tiers
      • Essential, Comfort, Premium, plus any special package for show units or penthouses.
    3. Choose your base collections
      • For example, Cloud Ripples wall-hung vanities (starting from W-U01-800 up to W-U01-1400) for most bathrooms,
      • Plus BH03-C-2000 and BK13-3200 as premium double-basin options,
      • And CA01-A as a compact solution where space is very limited.
    4. Decide on mirror and lighting standards
      • One LED mirror spec per package tier, matched to the vanity widths.
    5. Confirm packing strategy and spare parts
      • Room-by-room or type-by-type packing
      • Recommended extra units and hardware for long-term maintenance

    Based on that information, LAMOO can help you design professional bathroom vanity packages for apartment projects that are ready to show in your marketing materials and robust enough to roll out across hundreds of units.

    If you already have a project in planning, sharing the unit mix and a few preferred styles is enough to start a conversation. From there, packages built around models like W-U01-800, W-U01-1200, W-U01-1400, BH03-C-2000 and BK13-3200 can be shaped into a clear, repeatable system for your next residential development.

    Premium manufacturing for hospitality: OEM and private-label vanity sets

    LAMOO manufactures bathroom vanity sets for hotel projects — guest rooms, suites, serviced apartments and public washrooms. We supply the full set (cabinet, countertop, basin, LED mirror or mirror cabinet, side cabinet) as one coordinated configuration, so a project can be specified once and repeated across hundreds of rooms.

    Request a hotel vanity configuration and quotation. Send a room schedule or floor plan, quantities by room type and destination country. Add available width, single- or double-basin preference, storage needs and any selected finish or mirror option. We review the cabinet, basin, drainage and mirror together before confirming the specification.

    Send your room schedule for a quotation

    For a starting comparison, the W-R03-1200 wall-hung vanity combines a single integrated basin with two drawers, while the W-W02-2000 wall-hung vanity has two ceramic undermount basins, six drawers and two LED mirrors. These are existing configurations to review against your room drawings; confirm the final dimensions, drawer clearance, drainage route and wall-fixing requirements before ordering.

    What we manufacture for hotel bathrooms

    Every hotel vanity we produce is built around four components that are specified together:

    • Main cabinet — wall-hung or floor-standing, with two, three or more drawers, or doors plus open storage.
    • Countertop and basin — integrated basin, acrylic integrated basin, ceramic undermount basin, or a selected countertop and basin combination in sintered stone or natural stone.
    • Mirror — LED mirror in round, oval, straight-edge, irregular, hexagonal or octagonal shape, or a mirror cabinet with internal storage.
    • Side or tall cabinet — matched to the same finish when the room needs extra storage.

    Sizes run from about 520 mm for compact guest bathrooms up to 2000 mm for suites: 520, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1200, 1300, 1400, 1500, 1600 and 2000 mm are the widths most projects order. Widths are matched to wall length, basin position and walking space rather than chosen by style alone.

    Matching the vanity to each room type

    1400mm wall-hung bathroom vanity planned for hotel rooms

    The same property usually needs more than one configuration. A workable room-type plan looks like this:

    Room typeTypical widthBasinStorage focus
    Standard guest room600–900 mmSingle basinTwo drawers, wall-hung to free the floor
    Premium room1000–1200 mmSingle basin, wider topDrawer storage plus open shelf
    Suite1400–1600 mmSingle or double basinDouble basin layout, side or tall cabinet
    Large suite or apartment1600–2000 mmDouble basinFull-width cabinet, twin mirrors
    Accessible room800–1000 mmSingle basinOpen or half-open base, reinforced wall fixings

    Two details decide whether the plan holds up across a whole building: the wall-fixing position and the drainage route. Both should be confirmed before the order is released, not on site.

    Materials and finishes for hotel use

    Handle-free edge detail on a walnut bathroom vanity cabinet

    Hotel bathrooms are used more often and cleaned more aggressively than residential ones, so we keep the specification choices narrow and repeatable:

    • Cabinet finish — painted finish or wood-tone finish in oak-tone and walnut-tone directions.
    • Countertop — sintered stone or natural stone, including the Carrara and Fish-Belly White directions used in our stone-top series.
    • Basin — ceramic undermount or integrated basin, depending on the cleaning routine and the countertop you choose.
    • Mirror — ultra-clear copper-free mirror with LED lighting; dual-colour light, anti-fog and touch or sensor control are available on selected models.

    Projects that need one appearance repeated across several hundred rooms should fix these four items first and treat everything else as room-level variation.

    OEM and private-label scope

    • Width and depth within the size platform, or a new size built from an approved drawing
    • Basin type and basin position (single or double)
    • Mirror shape, size and LED function
    • Cabinet finish and hardware colour
    • Private-label branding, carton labels and instruction sheets
    • Mixed models in one container

    How a hotel project order runs

    1. Requirement review — room types, quantities, sizes, basin and mirror direction, target market.
    2. Drawings and specification — we issue shop drawings and a component list per model code for approval.
    3. Sample — one approved sample becomes the production reference for finish, proportions and hardware.
    4. Production — the approved sample is the benchmark for every unit in the run.
    5. Packing and shipment — countertops crated separately, mirrors protected, models labelled for room-by-room release on site.

    Project experience

    Lanzhou business hotel — 180+ rooms. During drawing review, our engineering team found a conflict between the siphon drainage position and the drawer structure in the original architectural drawings. Instead of producing to the drawing as issued, we proposed a modified drawer cutout that cleared the drainage route while keeping the cabinet front continuous. The change removed the need for on-site rework during installation.

    Guiyang residential project. A large apartment order delivered as one coordinated range, with the same finish and layout logic repeated across apartments of different sizes.

    What to send for a quotation

    Send the room schedule or floor plan and we will come back with a configuration proposal and quotation:

    • Room types and quantity per type
    • Available width, or the drawing if one exists
    • Single or double basin
    • Mirror type (LED mirror or mirror cabinet)
    • Finish direction and countertop material
    • Private label, packing and labelling requirements

    For projects in the drawing stage, we can start from a reference image or a CAD file and return a specification sheet for approval before any sample is made.

    Planning guides and reference projects for hotel orders

    Hotel bathrooms are usually planned as a set of room types rather than one model, so the most useful next step is often the room-by-room comparison in Hotel Bathroom Vanity Planning: Match Vanities to Each Room Type. That guide covers how standard rooms, premium rooms and suites differ in storage, mirror and basin requirements. Two further guides answer the questions that come up most often on site: what tends to go wrong in guest bathrooms in Hotel Bathroom Vanity Problems That Affect Guest Experience, and how the individual width steps compare in 800, 1000 and 1200mm bathroom vanity sizes.

    If the project needs a fully custom design rather than a configuration within the existing range, the process and the information we need from you are set out in Custom Bathroom Vanity Manufacturer in China. Reference installations for hotels, apartments and distributor programmes are collected in our project cases, and the wider cabinet, basin and mirror combinations are listed in the LAMOO product range.
